Snr Programme Manager – OFDA Awards

Role Purpose: The Senior Programme Manager will provide technical and management oversight for the implementation of OFDA funded awards across the field offices, acting as the central point for coordination, planning, delivery and monitoring. This role requires excellent liaison and coordination with program operations, project managers, field staff, government entities and partners. He/She will represent, share information and advocate for SC at donor and inter-agency meetings when required

Contract Duration: 12 months
Location: Khartoum

Qualifications
* Full scale expertise in OFDA rules and regulations;
* Experience of managing projects funded by OFDA;
* Experience in designing and delivery of cash programs;
* Master’s degree in relevant discipline;
* Minimum of 10 years’ field program experience including at least 5 years of management;
* Strong verbal and written skills as well as ability to multi-task effectively;
* Experience working in a complex humanitarian context;
* Solid programmatic, financial, and organizational planning skill;
* Excellent oral communication skills and writing ability in English;
