Role Revenue & Credit Controller

Department Finance

Line Manager Financial Controller

Location Dubai, UAE

Purpose of Role: To lead the accounts receivable function within the finance department including

· Raising Invoices

· Record & Monitor Collections

· Prepare and circulating clients statement of accounts

· Dispatch of Client Invoices in a timely fashion

· Co-ordination with Operational staff to gather back up data for invoices

Core responsibilities:

· To ensure timely dispatch of Invoices to all clients

· To ensure supporting documentation for Invoices is gathered in timely fashion to facilitate smooth payment of invoices

· To ensure Ledger control of AR related accounts

· To monitor and control provision for corporate taxes

· To monitor and control intra company revenue and cost transactions

· To co-ordinate transfer pricing movements

Desired experience:

· Five (5) to Seven 7 years

· Middle East and Africa experience

· Complex environments

· Core expertise in billing and accounts receivable

Desired skills:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance

· Strong IT skills (finacial packages, excel)

· Invoicing experience

KPI’s:

• Issue all client invoices by 5th of the month
• Average Day Sales Outstanding (DSO) of under 60 days
• Zero invoice errors (target of 95% accuracy)
• Process improvement to reduce the number of invoices and manual input
• Separation invoicing of expenses to ensure timely payment of consultant salaries and CTG fees
• Customer satisfaction measured through customer feedback survey
